Step 1 - Quotation

Firstly, choose an invitation or announcement design from our website. 

Next, send us an email / request for a quotation of the design you are interested in. 

You may also explain some ideas you want to incorporate. 

Then, we can start organizing a consultation via email.

*Quotations provided are subject to change if you have yet to make a purchase within a period of 14 days. Deposit made are non-refundable once work has been started.

Step 2 - Consultation

Let us know more detail of your dream wedding invitation. Be sure of the theme or style you want. 

You may also provide us your idea reference such as color scheme, wedding style, etc, and we will suggest unique and creative ideas for your wedding stationery!

Step 3 - Design

After consultation, we will start designing based on what is discussed. Kindly allow 2-4 working days for the first preview draft. Before that, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.  

An e-invoice will be sent via email together with templates of wording details / order form. You may include your own wedding wording in Microsoft Word format.

For custom designs, there is a custom design fee required.

Step 4 - Proofread to Confirm

Preview/proofread will be emailed to you for viewing and proofread before proceed printing and mass produce the cards. Once printing started, there will be no changes to be made in the design. Kindly ensure that you have proof-read ALL artworks as Crafty Farms Handmade is not responsible for any typo error on the design that has been approved by clients and confirmed for printing. Printed products may vary from your monitor screen, as all monitors display color differently. Returns based on color are not accepted.

Step 5 - Sit back and wait!

Once everything has been approved for printing and handmade, we will start our production! Time frame required as scheduled during the discussion. Sudden rush orders or request on earlier delivery date would be surcharged 30%. Rush order will have a surcharge of 30%, delivery time within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), after artwork confirmed.

Your invitations may require extra time. So add in a bit of cushion here if you need to. Specialty cards such as custom made orders may need more time for discussion and more work. Or maybe you want a paper or envelope that requires special ordering.

Step 6 - Payment & Delivery

We will let you know 2 days before the day we ship out your products so that you will have 2 days to make your full payment via Maybank or Paypal.  Once payment of outstanding balance and postage fee have been fully received, we will start to dispatch your parcel to the delivery office. 

**Rush orders are also available and open for discussion.

COLOR:All printers and monitors produce or display colors differently. There is no guarantee that what you see on your monitor will match your final items exactly the same. There may be a slight color difference of 10-15% than what you see on your screen devices. 

RETURNS:All orders are final. Due to the complete customization of each invitation card, the items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Kindly take your time to completely review your digital proofs for spelling and other small details before final approval. 

SHIPPING:Postage fees will be borned by clients. Postage fee will not be charged if client collect on delivery (COD) at provided location. We ensure all items are packed safely to avoid damage of the items during shipping of our freight forwarders.

We do not claim ownership to any of the characters/graphics used to create the image. Copyright for characters/graphics remains with respective freelance designers.
